Summary
The Key Account Tool Box is a web-based resource focused on promoting energy efficiency practices and technologies while supporting key account managers in serving a broad range of services to their customers. The main or home page of this tool includes sponsor information and resources, featured items and other content available to the public. Additionally, there is a “Members Only” section where core content within a searchable database can be accessed with a secure and unique password.
The Members Only database arranges resources by a topic and sub-topic hierarchy to allow for easy browsing. We have also implemented a search function capable of finding many resources using key words.
We appreciate suggestions for improvements. Web users have a range of needs and comfort levels, and we will consider change requests as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Note
We would like to thank all the project sponsors for supporting this idea and we gratefully thank the participants who test drove the beta-version of this tool.
Sincerely,
The Key Account Tool Box Team
